I love going through sketchbooks from the year before and finding good ideas in passing. I’ll put this into colour sometime. It’s a design for a young queen’s outfit with long sleeves that work like a train. I feel like this would look awesome in traditional media…

Gorgeous woman
with great poses and a wonderful personality. I hope she gets to come back. c:

I fi
nally won a contest (and a shot) with my left handed drawing (#4) and an honorable mention for the Tarzan theme that was Hungry Like a Wolf. The last was 5th element themed… and also a be kind rewind theme which led to a very vague/confusing looking illustration of Lilu with a samurai-look spawned from rewatching millennium Actress I didn’t expect anyone to have a clue about that obviously

Oops. Well I did promise Dr.Sketchy’s drawings, didn’t I…
I’ve gotten my scanner back online, so I’ll actually set up a double dose~

These are the sketches from the Valentine’s session with Candy del Rio.
The last picture was an anti-valentine’s theme. Since she had a femme-fetale look going on, I started to turn her into Fujiko [Lupin the 3rd]. You don’t get any more classic than that.
